License
The terms of this License Agreement supersede any other license agreements accompanying the AISBackup software program. You are granted a license to use AISBackup software program for personal use or in your business or profession. Ownership and Title of the AISBackup remains with Aquarius IS Consultancy Limited. You may not make copies, reproductions, translations or modifications of or to AISBackup, except you may make backup copies. The same copyright notice must be contained on the backup copy.
Copies of the AISBackup and/or its documentation may not be distributed to anyone without written authorisation from Aquarius I.S. Consultancy Limited. You may not disassemble, create derivative works, modify, reverse engineer, adapt, de-compile, or translate AISBackup. You may not adapt, create derivative works, or translate any part of the documentation without the prior written consent of Aquarius I.S. Consultancy Limited. You may not lease, rent, transfer, assign, or sell the AISBackup to any other person. You may not transfer it electronically from one computer to another. You are granted a nonexclusive right to use the AISBackup on one computer at a single location.

AQUARIUS I.S. CONSULTANCY LIMITED. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INSTALLATION, USE OF OR RESULTS OBTAINED FROM AISBACKUP AND DOCUMENTATION. AQUARIUS I.S. CONSULTANCY LIMITED DOES NOT WARRANT YOUR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE MET WITH THE AISBACKUP FUNCTIONS OR THAT THE DOCUMENTATION AND AISBACKUP OPERATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
AQUARIUS I.S. CONSULTANCY LIMITED HAS USED REASONABLE EFFORTS TO MINIMISE ERRORS OR DEFECTS IN AISBACKUP AND DOCUMENTATION. AISBACKUP AND DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT WILL AQUARIUS I.S. CONSULTANCY LIMITED BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE AISBACKUP AND DOCUMENTATION EVEN IF AQUARIUS I.S. AISBackup program contains freeware Zip and Un-Zip code supplied by Info-Zip, this code is used to compress and decompress backups.
